Dooelry accepts returns for exchange or store credit if the item is returned and received within 15 days from the original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and to confirm that the item is not a final sale product.
The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
After 15 days from the purchase date, all orders are considered final sale. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, meaning:
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the reason for return.
Items that are returned without authorization, beyond the 15-day window, or not in original condition will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. These include all Final Sale items.
Dooelry is not responsible for damage such as shrinkage or color bleeding caused by washing or improper care.
Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Store credits or approved refunds to the original payment method may take up to two weeks to process after the return has been received and inspected.
Orders placed using store credit or exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made as soon as possible by email or phone. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, customers must return the package following the standard return/exchange policy.
All Final Sale items are final.
